Tomato Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 cloves garlic, minced or mashed
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. manicotti shells
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Jack cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Pour 1/2 cup tomato sauce into a 2-quart shallow baking dish; set aside.
