Hot Pineapple Dish - cooking recipe

2 large cans pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained (reserve 1/2 c. juice)
2 Tbsp. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation

Pour pineapple and 1/2 cup juice into a baking dish. Mix flour, sugar and cheese. Sprinkle over pineapple. Melt butter. Crush Ritz crackers. Mix butter and crushed crackers well. Spread cracker mixture over pineapple and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
