Fresh Raspberry, Strawberry Or Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. water
    5 to 6 c. fresh fruit
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Bake and cool pie crust.
    Boil sugar and 1 1/4 cups water until the sugar is dissolved.
    Mix cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water and add to sugar mixture.
    Cook until thick.
    I add a little crushed fruit to give it color.
    Cool mixture a little, then carefully stir in fruit.
    Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Superb!
