Char Siu Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Boston butt
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. red char siu sauce
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. liquor
    1 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
Preparation
    Cut pork butt into 1 1/2-inch strips.
    Combine all ingredients and soak overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in an open pan.
    When cooking, pour sauce into pan and cook.
