Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 large pkg. apricot Jell-O
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped nutmeats
    1 c. coconut
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bring pineapple and juice to a boil; add dry Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
    Cool.
    Add buttermilk, nutmeats and coconut. Put in loaf dish and spread Cool Whip over top.
