Blueberry Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. white flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Sift together
    the
    flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl.
    Make a well in the center of flour mixture.
    Combine milk, egg and oil; add liquid mixture to dry ingredients.
    Stir\tquickly,
    just\tuntil
    dry ingredients are moistened.\tToss
    together\tthe
    blueberries and 2 tablespoons sugar; gently
    stir
    into batter, along with lemon peel.
    Fill greased 2
    1/2-inch
    muffin
    pans
    2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25
    minutes.\tWhile
    muffins are still warm, dip tops in melted butter,
    then into a little granulated sugar.
    Makes 12 muffins.
