Asparagus Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch uncooked pie shell
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Layer Swiss in bottom of pie shell; add asparagus and onions. Mix eggs, milk, sour cream and salt and pepper.
    Put over top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
