Wet Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large flour tortillas
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 can refried beans (optional)
    2 c. beef broth
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. cumin
    dash of garlic and onion powder or season to taste
    3 c. shredded yellow cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    shredded lettuce
    cubed tomatoes
    chopped green pepper
    chopped onions (optional)
    salsa sauce
    sour cream, if desired
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add seasoning mix as directed on package. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic and onion powder to beef broth. Bring to boil and thicken with cornstarch or flour and water to make a gravy.
    On dinner plate, place a tortilla shell; fill with ground beef and beans (if desired).
    Fold shell and place fold side down on plate.
    Pour gravy over and top with yellow cheese.
    Place a small strip of Mozzarella cheese down middle.
    Microwave until cheese is melted.
    Top with shredded lettuce, tomato, green pepper and onion.
    Add salsa sauce and sour cream.
