Buttered Baked Potato Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo, melted
4 small Idaho potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. pkg. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Pare and slice potatoes 1/2-inch thick.
Pour half the melted oleo into a shallow baking dish.
Place sliced potatoes into dish. Baste well with part of the remaining oleo.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
