Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 unbeaten eggs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Toss sugar, flour and cornmeal lightly with fork.
    Add eggs, butter, lemon juice and lemon rind.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 until well set.
