Round Or Flank Steak Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank or round steak
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted fat
    2 Tbsp. chopped suet
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, onion, suet, salt, pepper and sage.
    Moisten with butter.
    Spread over steak.
    Roll and tie in several places with cord.
    Steam until tender at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Brown at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Carve across grain for serving.
    Serves 6.
