Evie'S Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 lb. dates, chopped
    1 lb. candied pineapple, cut up
    2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
    3 1/2 c. chopped English walnuts
    1 lb. candied cherries, cut up
    8 oz. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, but reserve a few cherries for decoration.
    Turn into a greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Cake is done when no milk oozes out when pressed with fingers.
    Decorate with cherries.
    Let cool. Store in refrigerator or freezer for about a month.
