Strawberry-Chocolate Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine or butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 c. flour
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, finely chopped
1 c. strawberry jam

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix margarine, 1/2 cup of sugar and egg yolks.
Stir in flour.
Press evenly in pan.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden.
Immediately sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips; let set about 5 minutes or until chips are softened.
Carefully spread over baked layer. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
