Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained (save 1 c.)
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, 1 cup juice, and pineapple chunks.
    Place in pan.
    Cover with cheese, then crackers, then margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
