Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (8-inch) pie shell or crumb shell
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
whipped cream
Preparation

Cream butter until fluffy; add sugar and salt. Continue to beat until light and well blended. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add chocolate (that has been melted in microwave) and vanilla; blend until well mixed. Pour into shell. Top with whipped cream.
