Kentucky Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2/3 cup oil
 
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups corn meal
1 small can cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
3 Tbsp. green onions
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
 
Put half of mixture in warm greased black skillet.
Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese on top, then add remaining mixture.
Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes,
Then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
