Make Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 large potatoes, peeled
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tsp. onion flakes or 1 small onion, chopped
    salt to taste
    paprika
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in water until done.
    Drain and mash.
    Whip in cream cheese and sour cream until fluffy.
    Add milk if necessary. Spread into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish or 2 smaller dishes. Cover and refrigerate or freeze until needed.
    When ready to use, drizzle melted butter over potatoes and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, covered, and 20 minutes, uncovered, to give nice golden brown top.
