Pork And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork, ground
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked whole grain)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Combine meat, rice, vegetables and soup in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
    Cover and bake with microwave for 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
    Recipe yields 4 servings.
