Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

milk
potatoes, sliced as for home fries
salt and pepper to taste
oleo
cheese
Preparation
-
Place potatoes in bottom of skillet.
Pour enough milk to barely cover.
Salt and pepper.
Cook over medium-high heat until milk boils.
Place several slices of oleo on top.
Turn to low heat and cover.
Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
Just before serving, top with grated cheese and allow to melt.
