Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 c. quick rice
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. cajun spices
    1/2 can tomato juice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, add hamburger, rice, eggs and spices. Mix well.
    Roll into golf-ball size balls.
    Place in a large saucepan.
    Cut bell pepper into strips and onion into rings.
    Add to saucepan.
    (If you like spicy foods, at this time, add more spices.)
    Cover with tomato juice.
    Cook over medium heat until balls are done in middle, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
