Chili Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 small can diced green chilies
Preparation
    Make sure your cheese is at room temperature.
    Heat milk to boiling; pour over cheese in mixer bowl.
    Beat until nearly smooth.
    Add butter and garlic; beat well.
    Stir in green chilies (mixture will be thin).
    Chill.
    Serve as spread for fancy crackers.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups of spread.
