Lettuce Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. coarsely chopped iceberg lettuce
    1/4 c. oil and vinegar salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. sage
    4 oz. cubed cream cheese
Preparation
    Place in blender 1 cup of the lettuce, salad dressing, green onion and seasonings.
    Blend until smooth.
    Continue to blend while adding the remaining lettuce and cubes of cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
    Chill.
