Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    3 lb. whole peeled potatoes
    1 c. red wine
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    1 pinch oregano
    2 garlics
    1 sliced onion
    1/4 tsp. coriander
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in a 3/4 pan.
    Cook, covered, on medium heat for 45 minutes.
    Turn occasionally.
