Banana-Pineapple Yogurt Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen in freezer container or bag
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain nonfat yogurt
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 packs Equal or 3/4 tsp. Equal measure
    1 c. ice cubes
Preparation
    In blender, combine ingredients except ice.
    Blend until smooth.
    With blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time through opening in lid, blending until slushy.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Contains 94 calories.
    Diabetic Exchange:
    1/2 cup Milk, 1 Fruit.
