Refrigerated Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. boiled potatoes
    1 stick butter or oleo
    6 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives or 2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mash the potatoes, mixed with the other ingredients, until smooth and fluffy.
    Pour into lightly greased casserole; cover tightly and refrigerate for later use in planning a dinner when you need to save time.
    Will last up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
    When ready to use, uncover, sprinkle top with paprika and dot with butter and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
