Sauerkraut Marinated Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sauerkraut
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix vegetables together.
    In a separate bowl, mix oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Stir occasionally.
