Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. tenderized steak, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, quartered
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 pt. cooked tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Use electric skillet; quick fry steak.
    Add pepper, margarine and onion.
    Cook on medium heat, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Add potatoes, tomatoes and water.
    Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, covered, or until potatoes are done.
