Easy Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Cheddar cheese
    hash brown patties (frozen, 9 patties in each box)
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    In a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, butter the tops of 8 patties and arrange to fit baking dish.
    Butter the tops of 8 more patties and lay on top of the bottom 8 patties.
    Shake well the pint of whipping cream, then pour over patties.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover, stir and bake an additional half hour.
