Mountain Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 to 2 c. fruit
1/2 c. juice
Preparation

Melt butter in a 2-quart dish or pan.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar and milk.
Pour this mixture over melted butter (do not stir); then add fruit and juice (do not stir).
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
