Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. precooked quick rice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1/4 c. raisins
    3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon sugar
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients, except vanilla and cinnamon sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat and cool slightly.
    Add vanilla. Spoon into dessert dishes and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on while hot.
    Chill and serve cold.
