Hamburger Hash Brown Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shredded hash browns, thawed
1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion
salt and pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
6 slices American cheese
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer with hash browns.
Brown hamburger and onion.
Drain.
Place on top of hash browns.
Add a layer of peas and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix soup and milk together and pour over the top.
Place cheese slices on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove foil and sprinkle onion rings on top.
Return to oven with heat off for 15 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
