Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Combine in a heavy saucepan, mixing well, then over medium heat, bring to a rolling boil.
    Now, reduce heat (do not stir) and cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234\u00b0F or 112\u00b0C); cool to lukewarm (110\u00b0F).
    Now, beat until thick.
    This won't take very long.
    Spread fudge in an 8-inch pan and, when cool, cut into squares.
