Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. pecans
1 stick butter or margarine (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
Preparation

Process flour and pecans until nuts are finely chopped.
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until pale and fluffy.
With mixer on low, gradually add flour to mixture, just until blended.
Measure dough with teaspoon and roll into balls.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden.
While warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool completely.
Roll in powdered sugar again.
Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks or can be frozen.
