Braunschweiger Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. braunschweiger
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. dill pickle juice
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. dill pickle, chopped
Preparation

Have ingredients at room temperature.
Mix all.
Chill in Saran Wrap lined bowl 24 hours.
Turn out and frost with cream cheese, softened with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
