Bootsie'S Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 c. green onion bottoms, chopped
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. green peas, unthawed but separated
2 c. mayonnaise
1 (2 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley salad dressing (dry)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

In a flat 13 x 9-inch glass dish, place the ingredients in the order listed, pressing down each layer.
The salad dressing should be sprinkled dry over the mayonnaise layer, and lastly, cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
