Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk, warmed
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 pkg. yeast in 1/4 cup warm water with a little sugar
    3 to 3 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Let set about 20 minutes.
    Knead slightly and return to greased bowl to rise.
    Place on floured board.
    Knead lightly and divide into 2 parts.
    Stretch section about 12 inches.
    Cut strip into 10 pieces and mold into balls. Place on greased sheet and let rise one hour.
    Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0
    or until browned.
    Makes 20 rolls.
