Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 3 lb. rump or chuck roast
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. Italian Seasons salad dressing mix (dry)
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. garlic salt (can use powder instead)
    1 bay leaf
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Put meat in slow cooker and put dry ingredients and water in. Cook until meat is tender and falls apart. Add more water if it is needed.
