Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 c. coarse bread crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Scald milk and pour over bread crumbs.
    Cool and add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Place casserole dish in pan of hot water (1 inch deep).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until a silver knife inserted into pudding comes out clean.
