Christmas Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. cold mashed potatoes
4 c. shredded coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar
8 sq. chocolate

Preparation

Mix potatoes and sugar.
Stir in rest of ingredients, except chocolate.
Blend well.
Press into a large pan to 1/2 inch thickness.
Melt chocolate and pour over candy.
Cool and cut into squares.
