Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cooked or boiled
    3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 stalks celery
    dash of salt
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    3 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. dried onions
    1 tsp. parsley
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Place the chicken in water with rice, onions, celery and dash of salt.
    Bring to boil, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Remove chicken and let cool.
    Strain the broth; remove the chicken from the bone.
    Mix chicken, broth and remaining ingredients together. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
