Ingredients

2 c. milk
7/8 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. heavy cream
small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Beat the eggs and mix them with the milk and sugar.
Heat until the mixture starts to thicken.
Beat with a whisk and cool. Whip the cream until it thickens.
Fold the cream and crushed pineapple into the custard.
Pour the custard into a plastic container.
Cover it and put in the freezer until firm.
