Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all except vanilla in heavy skillet.
Boil over low heat until thick and waxy.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
