Texas Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    1 (13 oz.) can milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Grate the 2 cheeses and mix, divide in half, beat eggs, add milk, flour, salt and pepper.
    Grease 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Spread 1/2 of cheese in pan.
    Spread green chilies over the cheese.
    Add remaining cheese.
    Pour in the eggs, milk, flour mixture over all. Bake for about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Cut in squares to serve.
    Great as a snack or for breakfast.
