Zucchini Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. shredded coconut
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation

Cream sugars and shortening until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Fold in vanilla.
Blend in flour, salt and baking powder. Fold in coconut, raisins, nuts and zucchini.
Pour batter in lightly greased 10 x 15-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
May be frosted with cream cheese frosting or served plain.
