Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut up chicken, turkey or crab
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Combine ingredients, except cheese and chips.
    Pile lightly in pan and sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake until heated through, about 10 minutes.
    Nice for ladies luncheon.
    Serves 6 to 8.
