Lobster Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lobster meat, cooked and diced (imitation lobster meat is okay)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. water
    2 c. milk, heated
    2 c. raw potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, chopped
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute lobster meat in butter for 7 to 8 minutes.
    In saucepan, combine potatoes, onion and water.
    Boil until tender.
    Add heated milk and lobster meat.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve hot. Serves 2.
