Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. margarine

Preparation

Sift together the flour and sugar.
Cut flour mix into margarine like making pie crust.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake in glass dish in a 350\u00b0 oven or metal pan at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
