Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. dates, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add sugar, melted margarine and vinegar. Add coconut, pecans and dates and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes. Makes 1 pie.
