Challah - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. tap hot water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in hot water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir and then knead together.
    Let rise in extra greased bowl about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Also grease top of dough.
    Punch down, divide into 3 rolls (like clay snakes) and braid onto greased pan.
    Let rise again for 3/4 hour.
    Brush top with egg yolk.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
