Low-Fat Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless chicken breast (6 if using Market Day chicken steaks)
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 tsp. brown sugar substitute or 1 Tbsp. fructose
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. low calorie margarine, melted
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine Worcestershire sauce, water, catsup, pineapple juice, brown sugar substitute and pepper.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Combine sauce and margarine in a shallow baking dish.
    Marinate chicken for 15 minutes, turning occasionally to coat all sides.
    Grill or broil about 3 minutes on each side or bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
